Stress a silent killer
Stress is a killer in so many ways! It causes depression, anxiety and is one of the main causes of disease today in young and old alike. It can creep up on you very slowly without even realizing it. Stress causes cells to shrink, oxygen flow to struggle. Muscles ache, tiredness and exhaustion is common after very little time, mentally, emotionally and physically.
These are all elements that no one else can see which causes it to be a very lonely place. It is a very misunderstood state of being. Stress can lead to amazing people underachieving their potential, causing broken relationships, addiction and sadly suicide if it goes undetected.

Innsaei means to see inside out. To see from the inside out is to have a strong inner compos, so you can navigate your way in an every changing world. The mind is a very powerful thing, it instructs our bodies, our emotional and mental behaviour. The level we connect to others, our responses to situations and challenges. Our state of mind draws to us our experiences, it creates a program that we can end up following our entire lives. The mind is one very large memory bank recording all. It is our strongest experiences that subconsciously direct our behaviour our thoughts and our desires, that affect relationships of all kinds, what we believe we can be or achieve and the entire experience of our world.

Awareness and understanding of oneself, taking back the control of your mind and emotions is the greatest gift we can give ourselves! Correct programming and releasing of debilitating beliefs and emotional blockages is so important to our health, happiness and well being. Meditation plays a great part in achieving this and has been so misunderstood, along with it's benefits which even now are greatly underestimated.

Becoming mindful empowers every moment of our lives. We consciously become aware of who we are, of what we are being and why, but most importantly, the ability to create change. Mindfulness is raising awareness of knowing oneself, restoring joy and peace in ones life. It is about clearing the mind and heart. It reduces stress and helps prevent it from recurring, it relieves anxiety and dissolves away low self esteem and opens us up to new possibilities, to our true potential.
